Accountability Regime

Accountability and monitoring is maintained via a series of monthly reports from the different Unit Supervisors and Contract/Service Administrators to the CEO and funding agencies. The CEO then provides a monthly report for the Trustees.

Integral to this is the utilisation of key operational processes that collate accurate statistical data and quality management systems such as internal audit systems, business plans and strategic plans.
