We have Kaiawhina Youth Mentor - Residential Service positions available within our Iti Mapihi Pounamu Team. Iti Mapihi Pounamu is a 3-bed youth wellbeing home situated on a 10-acre farm on the outskirts of Hamilton. We support every taiohi we work with to complete goals that they set for themselves while also providing an encouraging, active, learning and safe environment.

Kaiawhina Support Worker – Community

We have a Kaiawhina Support Worker - Community position available within our He Waahi Kainga Team.

He Waahi Kainga is a three year pilot supporting whanaunga who are experiencing the mental health system and support them into long term sustainable housing. This will include all wrap around support including 1:1 daily support as whanaunga move towards their goals and aspirations.

We have two positions available within our Te Ara Pai Team:

  • Kaitautoko AOD Clinician
  • Kaitautoko Kaupapa Māori Clinical Assessor

These are Monday-Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm positions however, on occasions you may be required to work the weekend, dependent on the support needs of your whanaunga. Te Ara Pai is a community drug and alcohol service that provides clinical/cultural case management of whanaunga from psycho education through to residential support.

We have a Kaitautoko Housing Navigator position available within our Korowai Manaaki Team. This is a Monday-Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm position, however, on occasions you may be required to work outside of these hours, depending on the support needs of whanaunga.

Korowai Manaaki are a housing service that provides support to whanaunga by facilitating the transition of referred whanaunga through a temporary housing placement into permanent housing, including whānau plans, advocacy and connecting whānau to life skills services that support future housing aspirations and ongoing wellbeing and needs.
